Online events are hosted on Riverside. They usually require minimum effort for you to join! Comforting fact: you don’t have to enable your microphone or webcam to join an online session.

On a computer, you can just click the event link that takes you to the Riverside studio. No software needs to be installed on your computer. Want to watch on phone or tablet? Simply download the Riverside app for free and click the link. No need to make an account on the platform. That’s it!

We also might publish parts of an event for promotional reasons but there ain’t no experience like the live session experience :) Especially because you can ask the guests your questions!

That depends on the session. Pricing will be clearly mentioned in the event description. We like to pay our guests an appropriate fee for sharing their insights with us. That being said: we want to keep it afforable too!

You can easily generate a receipt after getting your ticket. All ticket prices include VAT.

If you want a dedicated invoice for your company - with Business address and tax number - before purchasing please reach out to online@wajoo.studio and we’ll fix that for you.

Reach out to online@wajoo.studio by latest 48H before the start of the event to get a full refund.

In the exceptional case of cancellation or if we last minute have to change the event date due to unforseen circumstances, you obviously also can get a refund.

Cancelled events are automatically refuneded. Reach out if you can’t make it after an exceptional change of date.
