Niels De Keukelaere is the main force behind Wajoo. He handes the day-to-day productions, coaching and more. Wajoo has no other full time employees. However we work with multiple people on the various shows that we create. Skilled freelancers that have been riding along for years and provide excellent quality on the different projects. This is why Niels likes to speak of “we”, since it would be simply untruthful to speak of a one man job.

Wajoo is based in Belgium, Central European Time. Most of the projects we work on are from Belgium, Netherlands and the UK. You can speak to us in English, Dutch, French and even some Spanish! Luckily we don’t care too much about working with different time zones, so feel free to reach out for a call!

Well first we take a good look at your needs and how we can assist you in the project you want to realise or improve. After an investigative online meeting, we can pinpoint the different aspects of the production and make you a detailled offer. For project based or long time collaborations.

Most work is done remotely, so we’ll work with the files you provide us. If you need a recording studio, a producer or some in-person help, get in touch.

We believe in COLLABORATION. Meaning that we like to see you involved in parts or the production process as well. We’ll provide feedback along the way and like you to do the same. Only that way we can grow and improve the show from both ends.

The rates for the various services are not disclosed on the website, for the simple reason that a personalized price offer, after we understand your needs very well, is a way more valuable approach to a succesful collaboration.

We’re also not stunt price discounters like BestBuy or Ryanair, so if you want to cheap out as your primary focus rather than choose for quality, we might not be the best fit for your show.

This is a biiiiig question with many different answers. A lot of “creating the perfect setup that works FOR YOU” comes down to a combination of factors. In audio and video.

Just to name a few: your visuals and audio preferences, the consistancy you desire with other shows, your potential need for mobile recordings and thus flexibility, how all of the technical audio stuff must blend in with video, the acoustics of where you record, would you record all shows from a distance, online, your budget… and so on.

As you can tell: there’s no one answer that fits all. However when we’re looking to collab, we’re happy to look into your needs and options to create a setup that works for you.
